The destination
belongs in the brief.
Worldwide green coffee export discussions shaped around the proposed origin, shipment, receiving market and buyer requirements.
Green coffee exports begin with the route.
Auralite Global is a green coffee exporter and worldwide sourcing company based in the United States. We welcome enquiries from commercial buyers seeking Arabica or Robusta for delivery to an international destination.
Tell us the preferred coffee origin and the receiving country, port or delivery location. These details help frame the proposed sourcing and shipment discussion without assuming a single route works for every buyer.
Agree shipment responsibilities.
A useful export quotation identifies the coffee, quantity, packaging and named location alongside the proposed shipment terms. Ask which party arranges transport, insurance and destination handling, and confirm the responsibilities in the commercial agreement.
Delivery timing should be discussed for the proposed route and order. We do not publish fixed transit times or guarantee delivery windows before the relevant details are confirmed.
Discuss documents early.
Ask your importer or appointed broker which documents and product information are required for the receiving market. Provide that list with the enquiry so the availability of the relevant records can be checked for the proposed lot and shipment.
Documents may depend on the origin, destination and transaction. Requested commercial, origin, quality or traceability records must be confirmed rather than assumed from a general export description.
Protect the quality conversation.
Alongside shipment planning, define your quality specification and evaluation process. Agree the lot description, packaging expectations and acceptance criteria before proceeding with a purchase.
Ask how a proposed sample relates to the coffee under discussion and confirm sample arrangements separately. A shipping proposal does not replace the buyer’s own quality evaluation.
Send a destination-specific enquiry.
Include coffee type, origin preference, quantity, target delivery period and the name of the receiving destination. If you already use a broker or logistics contact, note the requirements they have identified for the shipment.
Explore our regional pages for Asia, Europe and the USA, then use the quote form to start the conversation. Availability, documentation and commercial terms are confirmed before an order is agreed.
Keep exploring.
