What are green coffee beans?

Green coffee beans are unroasted coffee seeds. For commercial buyers, selecting a coffee means considering more than its type: origin, processing, crop information, grade and the proposed lot all shape the purchasing decision.

Auralite Global welcomes green coffee enquiries from roasters and importers looking for Arabica, Robusta or both. Tell us how you plan to use the coffee and which specifications your business requires.

Start with the application.

A single-origin filter roast, an espresso blend and a larger commercial programme may call for different buying briefs. Describe your intended use and the flavour, body or consistency you want to achieve.

If you already have a reference specification, share it. If your brief is still developing, begin with your preferred coffee type, destination and estimated quantity. We can discuss which details need to be clarified before a quotation.

Compare the lot, not just the label.

When evaluating a sourcing option, request the lot-specific information relevant to your business. Your checklist may include origin, crop or shipment period, processing method, grade, screen size, moisture specification, defect criteria and available sample details.

Specifications should be agreed for the proposed lot. We do not publish universal quality scores, guaranteed origins or a fixed stock list because availability is confirmed for each enquiry.

Buying green coffee in bulk.

For a wholesale enquiry, include the quantity in kilograms or metric tonnes, whether the purchase is one-off or recurring, and your requested delivery window. Confirm packaging preferences and the receiving port or delivery location.

Pricing, minimum order quantity, sample arrangements and shipment terms depend on the proposed coffee and order. Visit our wholesale green coffee page for a practical buying checklist.

Your next coffee starts with a conversation.

Share your coffee type, quantity and destination. Let’s shape a sourcing enquiry around your business.
